Dru Yoga postures are the same Hatha Yoga postures\, but done in flowing manner for energy block release and energy flow. A typical class includes activations\, targeting of spine/muscle groups to be used in class\, Energy Block release sequence\, deep relaxation and affirmation focus. Dru Yoga and Qi Gong classes are different to other yoga approaches and cater for all levels of being. Knowledge in philosophy of yoga and martial arts helps the process of healing mind\, body and realigning with I AM soul presence of our higher multi-dimensional being. As this is my life passion\, I love to share the skills I have learned.” \nMandy brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of holistic practices to her yoga and Qi Gong teaching. With extensive training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga\, Dru Yoga\, Dru Meditation\, and Yoga Therapy\, she has spent over two decades perfecting her skills. DESCRIPTION:Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a meditative movement class for all abilities\, ages\, and levels of fitness/disability/injury. It has many easy flowing sequences and exercises to open energy pathways for the energy flow that brings health and vitality. A typical class includes warm up /activation\, joint opening exercises\, spinal movement focus\, deep inner flow awareness using mindful conscious awarenes\,s standing meditation (chair if unable)\, deep relaxation lying down. \nDates & Time\n\nWendesdays\, 11.45am – 1:15pm\nBlock 1: 2nd September – 7th October (6weeks)\nBlock 2: 14th October-18th November (6 weeks)\n\nWe need a minimum of 10 participants per class in order to run both Dru Yoga and Qi Gung classes.  Failing this\, we will revert to running the Qi Gong Yoga class at 10.00am.  Any queries or questions please do not hesitate to contact reception. \nCost\n\n£40 – six-week block\n£70 for both Qi Gong for Self-Healing and Dru Yoga\n£10 – drop-ins (please pay on day at front reception or pop cash in envelope and leave in donation box)\n\nFinancial circumstances should never be a barrier to accessing support\, healing or wellbeing. SUMMARY:Qi Gong for Self-Healing Autumn/Winter 2026
DESCRIPTION:Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a meditative movement class for all abilities\, ages\, and levels of fitness/disability/injury. It has many easy flowing sequences and exercises to open energy pathways for the energy flow that brings health and vitality. DESCRIPTION:ALL people / ages / abilities can do Dru Yoga with their easy isotonic flowing sequences. Dru Yoga postures are the same Hatha Yoga postures\, but done in flowing manner for energy block release and energy flow. A typical class includes activations\, targeting of spine/muscle groups to be used in class\, Energy Block release sequence\, deep relaxation and affirmation focus. This class is designed to be open for curious minds who would like to drop in and give it a try without signing up for the whole series. \nNo previous experience or ability level is necessary as the exercises cater for all abilities and levels. \nNEW: After-class cuppa\nAfter class\, you are warmly invited to stay for a cup of tea or coffee to connect and enjoy good company  \nDates & Time\n\nWendesdays\, 10.00am – 11:30am\nBlock 1: 2nd September – 7th October (6weeks)\nBlock 2: 14th October-18th November (6 weeks)\n\nCost\n\n£40 – six-week block\n£70 for both Dru Yoga and Qi Gong for Self-Healing\n£10 – drop-ins\n\nFinancial circumstances should never be a barrier to accessing support\, healing or wellbeing. She has been a yoga teacher since 2009 and is passionate about healing and realignment. She describes her own\, well developed approach in the most inviting way: “I am keen to work with all levels of ability in wonderfully easy\, joyful body movements to maintain or restore health in these self-healing systems. Dru Yoga and Qi Gong classes are different to other yoga approaches and cater for all levels of being. Knowledge in philosophy of yoga and martial arts helps the process of healing mind\, body and realigning with I AM soul presence of our higher multi-dimensional being. As this is my life passion\, I love to share the skills I have learned.” \nMandy brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of holistic practices to her yoga and Qi Gong teaching. With extensive training in Vinyasa Flow Yoga\, Dru Yoga\, Dru Meditation\, and Yoga Therapy\, she has spent over two decades perfecting her skills. Mandy has taught yoga and Qi Gong to a wide range of groups\, including 1:1 sessions\, small groups\, disability groups\, and larger classes. Her approach is informed by a comprehensive background in various therapeutic disciplines\, which enriches her teaching and offers a wellrounded experience for her students.

SUMMARY:Qi Gong for Self-Healing Autumn/Winter 2026
DESCRIPTION:Qi Gong (pronounced Chi Kung) is a meditative movement class for all abilities\, ages\, and levels of fitness/disability/injury. It has many easy flowing sequences and exercises to open energy pathways for the energy flow that brings health and vitality. A typical class includes warm up /activation\, joint opening exercises\, spinal movement focus\, deep inner flow awareness using mindful conscious awarenes\,s standing meditation (chair if unable)\, deep relaxation lying down. \nDates & Time\n\nWendesdays\, 11.45am – 1:15pm\nBlock 1: 2nd September – 7th October (6weeks)\nBlock 2: 14th October-18th November (6 weeks)\n\nWe need a minimum of 10 participants per class in order to run both Dru Yoga and Qi Gung classes.  Failing this\, we will revert to running the Qi Gong Yoga class at 10.00am.  Any queries or questions please do not hesitate to contact reception. \nCost\n\n£40 – six-week block\n£70 for both Qi Gong for Self-Healing and Dru Yoga\n£10 – drop-ins (please pay on day at front reception or pop cash in envelope and leave in donation box)\n\nFinancial circumstances should never be a barrier to accessing support\, healing or wellbeing.
