Dru Yoga postures are the same Hatha Yoga postures\, but done in flowing manner for energy block release and energy flow. A typical class includes activations\, targeting of spine/muscle groups to be used in class\, Energy Block release sequence\, deep relaxation and affirmation focus. \nNo previous experience or ability level is necessary as the exercises cater for all abilities and levels. \nIntroducing Mandy Currans\nA warm welcome to Mandy Currans\, who will be teaching Dru Yoga and Qi Gong at the Tara Centre this Autumn. VSS subsidises the rest of the cost for participants who meet the criteria.
