SUMMARY:Healing and Integration – Becoming Our True Selves
DESCRIPTION:Jim Cogley\nWe are delighted to welcome Jim Cogley back to the Tara Centre to facilitate this one and half day workshop\, which will deal with many of the complex issues of personal and ancestral history. The overall aim of the workshop will be to deepen awareness thus enabling us to move forward on our journey.  Areas to be covered include growth in self-esteem; owning our shadow side; an exploration of reactions; dealing with anger etc; integrating our negatives; breaking with co-dependency; recovery from loss; issues around control and abuse; finding the balance; recognizing our inner child; and breaking with ancestral patterns. \nRegarded as an inspirational speaker Jim is constantly in demand for seminars\, retreats and conferences. He is the author of several books and inspirational cards in the Wood You Believe Series including: The Unfolding Self\, The Ancestral Self\, The Twinless Self and The Spiritual Self. He has also published The Grieving Self\, Volume 8\, an outstanding contribution to our understanding of grief recovery. \nDates:\nFriday 11th and Saturday 12th March 2022. \nTime:\nFriday 10.00 am – 4.00pm (Registration 9.00am – 9.45am) Saturday 10.00 am – 1.00pm. \nRefreshments Tea/Coffee & Scones on arrival from 9:00am / Lunch will be provided on Friday. \nCost: Your place is secured by payment of a £10 Booking Fee. VSS subsidises the rest of the cost for participants who meet the criteria. The cost is £45 for those who do not qualify for VSS. \nTo Book: Places are limited due to Covid 19 restrictions.
