Receptionist

Location: Tara Centre, Omagh
Salary: Provisional starting point at £24,780.00 pro rata, salary currently under review.
Hours: 1 day per working week, 8.45am – 5.15pm
Contract: Permanent

Are you a compassionate, organised and reliable individual who can create a warm and professional welcome while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and boundaries?

The Tara Centre is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in a job-share arrangement. As the first point of contact for Tara Centre visitors, clients and callers, the successful candidate will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and compassionate environment.

This position may particularly suit someone seeking flexible employment, including individuals returning to work, balancing caring or family commitments, semi-retired applicants, or those wishing to supplement existing part-time employment. Applications are particularly welcomed from individuals seeking flexible part-time employment and from those returning to the workplace after a career break.

What you will do:

• Welcome visitors, clients and callers in a professional, friendly and sensitive manner.
• Manage reception, telephone and general administrative duties.
• Support the administration of workshops, events and Centre activities.
• Assist with routine financial administration.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and filing systems.
• Assist with communications, social media scheduling and other administrative tasks as required.
