Chair Yoga – Gentle Support for Body and Mind

24 February @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 17 March 2026

Come as you are. Take an hour for yourself. Gentle movement, shared space, and a warm welcome await.

If you have been curious about yoga but felt unsure where to begin, Chair Yoga offers a welcoming and very gentle place to start. This one-hour class is designed to be accessible, supportive, and kind to the body, using a chair for stability so movements feel safe, comfortable, and inclusive.

Chair Yoga can help to gently strengthen the body, improve flexibility and balance, support circulation, and bring a sense of calm and clarity to the mind. It is ideal for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone who prefers a slower, more mindful pace.

This is a relaxed drop-in class, making it easy to give something new a try in the New Year without commitment or pressure.

I recognise the place in you that is your inner light, your peace, your inner Truth
-Teresa

NEW: An after-class cuppa

After class, you are warmly invited to stay afterwards for a cup of tea or coffee — a simple moment to rest, connect, and enjoy good company 🤎
