The annual Christmas Meditation provides an opportunity to connect at soul level with the true meaning and message of Christmas in its original context as it impacts on day to day living in the 21st century.
This is a truly unique occasion, open to all who have ever been part of the Tara Centre meditation community. Early booking is highly recommended, as places at this event are much sought after.
In the unlikely event that you would need to cancel your place, we would ask that you notify Reception at the earliest opportunity, enabling us to offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

- 3.00pm -Refreshments upon arrival
- 3.30pm – Engaging with the true Spirit of Christmas – meditation focus
- 6.00pm – Christmas DinnerEnd
Cost:
Your place is secured by a £15 booking fee (can be paid in £5 installments). Voluntary contributions welcome on the day.
As noted on page 25 of this brochure it is important to us at Tara that our services should not be denied to anyone who is otherwise eligible to avail of them, solely because of cost. Please ask to speak to Katrina, the General Manager, if cost is a concern for you.
