Tuesday Meditation

The already established Tuesday Morning Meditation Group, led by Mary and Maura, will resume its meetings on Tuesday, 16th September 2025.
A warm welcome back awaits those who already form part of this group.
Should anyone else wish to join the group you are invited to contact Reception, and arrangements will be made for you to meet briefly with Mary and Maura in advance of the first meeting you hope to attend, for a brief introduction to the programme we offer.

We do not anticipate any cancellations of sessions between now and December. However, should an unforeseen circumstance arise that requires us to cancel, we will provide adequate notice in advance.
